Born and brought up in Hungary, Bernadett was inspired by the fabulous cakes her Grandmother loved to bake and decorate. In 2001 she qualified as a Pastry Chef in Budapest and after working for 4 years she sought to further her skills by moving to England.
Bernadett trained at London's exclusive Nadell Patisserie, which supplied a wide range of cakes to the capital's elite hotels and high profile events such as Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Ascot and the Buckingham Palace garden parties. She also worked at the Cake Store, Sydenham and a Michelin starred restaurant to become well versed in all aspects of patisserie and cake design.
In 2007 Bernadett moved to the North East of England with her partner and realised her lifelong dream by setting up her own business specialising in wedding, celebration and novelty cakes.
